Triton Shapes and Lights

Triton Shapes and Lights

A shot from this years London Open House taken on the Sunday. I led a group from our Local Camera Club to 5 Buildings in all. 20 Triton Street was our third visit and has the attraction of this magnificent Atrium and an artwork of mirrors. We again had the benefit of no queues unlike so many Open House locations these days.

20 Triton Street forms part of the prestigious Regent’s Place offices scheme which was developed in 2010. It is situated north of Euston Road and a short way west of Euston Station. It is just across the road from Great Portland Street Underground. . It is home to a number of major occupiers including Debenhams, Lendlease, Aegis, and Gazprom.

The picture was taken handheld with a Sony A700 with a Sigma 10-20 mm lens at 10mm. 3 raw images 2EV spacing for HDR. Outputted in Photomatix using Fusion Real Estate for a natural look. More light was brought in to the lower levels by pasting in as a new layer the plus 2 EV image with a layer mask. Noise was reduced using Topaz DeNoise. More detail was brought in using Topaz Clarity. Tidy up of some isolated lights on the edges with the heal and clone brushes.
