Bermondsey View City Night Lights

This shot might look to be taken from a boat but was actually from the South Bank of the Thames at Bermondsey where the river bank curves round giving a view across the water to the city. It comprises a 5 shot panorama. Caution though even with a tight crop you will not get this exact shot. Unfortunately there are a lot of boats and floating docks spoiling the view in the near foreground so as well as a tight crop I used the clone tool quite extensively to obscure the boats with water. The main buildings visible from Left to Right are The Shard, City Hall, Tower Bridge, St Pauls, The Walkie Talkie Building and The Gerkin.

The picture was taken on a tripod with a Sony A550 with a Sigma 28-200 mm lens at 60mm. 5 images stitched in a panorama in Photoshop. Cropping and cloning to remove River boats moored in the foreground. Topaz Adjust HDR to enhance colours run twice. Topaz Denoise and Topaz Clarity
