Olympic Park Plastic Landscape
This is another shot from Monday 3rd September when I had a Day Pass to view various Events at the Olympic Park. It may not look like it but this is a shot of the wall of the Basketball Stadium. It is made of recycled PVC and is a temporary structure. Plans to transport it to Rio fell through though it is hoped to reuse it at some time in the UK. The many curving shapes in the wall are a gift for photographers. I got in close with this image using a 70-200mm zoom at 150mm. It started as a vertical image looking down the side of the building. It was then rotated 90 degrees for the landscape look Camera Raw To increase contrast blacks were increased and clarity increased for more detail Photoshop Detail was increased with Topaz adjust with Vibrance preset group, Winter Preset. The image was enhanced in Levels. Brightness reduced and contrast increased. Noiseware Pro was used to remove noise. No sharpening was required. Clone tool used to tidy up the sensor dusts spots which showed up very well with the original bright white image. BEFORE AND AFTER Below are the Before and After images. First the original, and then the final result. Original
