I got round to processing this shot from early this year. I took it with a 10 stop ND filter resulting in an exposure time of 126 seconds done manually. This viewpoint is on the South Band and a fairly standard viewpoint with Westminster Bridge and Big Ben.

The pictures were taken with a Sony A700 with a Sigma 10-20 wide angle zoom at 20mm. Taken with a tripod in RAW. The picture was first processed in RAW to create extra exposures for false HDR and then processed in Photomatix with settings for Contrast Optimiser for a natural look.

More detail was brought in using Topaz Adjust Specify. Topaz DeNoise was applied twice. The second time with a high setting was used with a layer mask to apply only to the area under the bridge where there was a lot of noise. The picture was given more punch using a clarity effect using unsharp mask with settings of 22 amount and 22 radius.
